Upload a slot schedule for each side, then generate the empty appointment diary for every confirmed attendee.
Assigns a table number to every confirmed attendee of one registration type, sorted by Organization Name then Surname.
Try a workshop design against the matching engine before it goes in: how many groups, how long each is away, and what it costs in meetings. Rotating groups of the larger side cost almost nothing while at least 1.3 of them stay free per person on the other side. Apply blocks those slots in each group's diaries under the workshop's name, before matching.
Runs the matching engine against confirmed attendees' mutual preferences (waitlisted are excluded) and books each match straight into an empty slot both attendees share. Generate diaries first: matching only fills slots that already exist.
Matching books in pick order, so popular suppliers fill up and others are left short. This tops up the suppliers below the minimum, fewest meetings first, with a buyer they picked or who picked them: into a slot both have open, or by moving that buyer's meeting from a supplier above the donor line. Buyers keep their times. Nothing changes until you apply the preview.
Suppliers with a long run of open slots trade buyers with one or two others, each taking a buyer they picked or who picked them. Nobody's meeting count changes; schedules just lose their long empty stretches. Best run after topping up.
Click a slot to book, move, swap or cancel a meeting, answer a request on someone's behalf, or block the time. Click a name for that attendee's full day, picks and unsent changes.

What actually happened to meeting requests for this sub-event — requested, accepted, rejected, and matched-by-admin counts, plus a per-supplier breakdown, so exhibitor renewal conversations can point at real numbers instead of a vague "it went well".
Everyone with a booked meeting gets one short form by email: did each meeting take place, how useful was it (1 to 5), is a follow-up planned. Both sides answer, so each meeting gets a two-sided score; a meeting both rate 4 or 5 counts as productive. Exhibitors only ever see totals in their value statement.
One page per exhibitor for renewal conversations: meetings held, buyers met, how the meetings came about, and what buyers said. Open one to print it or copy a link the exhibitor can open without signing in.
Sent automatically to one attendee the moment they take the matching action — separate from campaigns sent to a whole audience.
Venue and floor staff get a read-only page for a phone or tablet: find an attendee by name, company or table, see where they should be now and next, and read the meeting grid with the current slot highlighted. They sign in on the staff page with a code emailed to them and never see the admin portal.
Staff are added for the whole event: they can look up everyone, in every sub-event.

A dues model works out what each member owes from a number they declare — turnover, headcount, or a volume. Nothing here charges anyone: a model sits as a draft until you activate it, and the dues it then raises appear on the Dues tab where you mark them paid as usual.

Marking one Won creates real income — an Order if it's linked to an event (e.g. a sponsorship), a Due otherwise — and, if a resulting tier is set, updates the member's tier once its effective date arrives.

These used to require editing the underlying spreadsheet directly. Changes here take effect for every event using the affected Event Type — double-check before saving.
Each Event Type needs at least one Registration Type to be usable anywhere in the app (Event Type dropdown, registration form, etc.).
This event starts as a container. Save it, then use "+ Add Sub-Event" to add what attendees actually register for — a session, an exhibition, matchmaking meetings, or more than one — each gets its own setup.
This becomes a reusable Event Type for this Umbrella. You can add more Registration Types, or fine-tune this one, anytime from Settings → Event Types.
Booths, amenities, and landmarks are laid out visually in the Floor Plan Designer — attendees tap the one booth they want, which is held for them live while they finish registering. Set a flat Price per booth below.
The asset count is just a helper — it suggests a Canvas Size above, which you can still change yourself. A larger canvas gives more room for many small elements (e.g. theatre-style assigned seating); it can be changed later, but existing elements are re-clamped to fit if you shrink it.
On by default — useful when a shared stand's neighbors should recognize each other. Turn off for something like theatre-style seating, where seeing a stranger's name on a nearby seat isn't needed.
Off by default — a traced venue photo is often just an internal aid for laying out booths. Turn on once it's presentable as a real map (the Floor Plan Designer's own Background modal controls how it fits and how faded it is).
Save this event first to unlock the Floor Plan Designer.
Optionally define priced tiers of bookable Asset (e.g. "Premium Booth", "Standard Table") — each with its own Label and Price. Once defined, these appear as options in the Floor Plan Designer's "Assets" menu; placing one on the floor plan prices that booth at its tier instead of the flat Price per Booth below. Leave empty to keep every booth priced at the flat rate.
Give attendees a choice of options (e.g. different tour times or add-ons), each with its own Price and Places. By default attendees can select as many options as they like — each selection is its own registration, confirmed or waitlisted against that option's own capacity. Leave Places blank for Unlimited on that option. At least one option, with a price and capacity, is required to save this event.
Give attendees a single choice of Registration Types (sourced from the ClientOnboarding tab for "B2B Pre-scheduled Meetings"), each with its own Price and Places. Attendees pick exactly one option; it is allocated automatically, with a waiting list if it's full. Leave Places blank for Unlimited on that option. At least one option, with a price and capacity, is required to save this event.
Off by default. When on, a confirmed attendee can view a report of every other confirmed attendee who selected them in Meeting Preferences — worth considering carefully, since it reveals one company's specific interest in another. Admins can always see this regardless of this setting.
Save this event first to view its Chosen-By Report.
This event is an Umbrella Event: attendees register once at the common base form, then opt into each sub-event below individually. Add sub-events with "+ Add Sub-Event" — each one needs its own Event Type.
Sub-events are only allowed under an "Umbrella Event". Choose this sub-event's own Event Type above — the attendee opts into it individually during registration, and its type-specific rules (Curated Event price/ capacity, Exhibition floor plan, etc.) apply exactly as they would for a standalone event. Currency is inherited from the parent event.
Applies to this event and every sub-event beneath it.
When set, only attendees signing in with an email at one of these domains can see or register for this event (and every sub-event beneath it) — everyone else won't see it in their event list at all. Leave blank to keep it open to any email address, same as every event today. Attendees who already registered keep their access even if you change this list afterward.
JPG, PNG, or WEBP · up to 5MB · recommended 1600×400px (4:1). Leave blank to use the default gradient banner.
Save this event first to upload a cover image.
Tasks attendees must complete by a due date for this event/sub-event (e.g. upload artwork, confirm company details). Shown to registered attendees under "My Events". Optional — leave empty for none.

Each member renews on the anniversary of the date they joined. You can override any individual member with an explicit date from their row in the cohort.
Each signal below adds its own points. A lower number flags more members; set it too low and everyone is flagged, which ranks nobody.
